ASOTIN - Waitsburg-Prescott's volleyball team fell in four sets to Asotin on the road Tuesday, 25-19, 20-25, 25-20, 25-19.

Genesis Pearson led W-P with seven kills and nine digs, while Ronnie Hulce had six kills and nine digs. Krystal Harris added five kills and eight assists.

"I think we were well prepared," said W-P head coach Jessie Buehler. "We dominated the second game, but we just couldn't seem to put it together in the other ones."

Kayla Huxoll notched seven assists and a 12-for-12 service night for W-P, while Rachelle Oseth led the team with 12 digs. Amanda Cook paced the squad with two aces and a 17-for-18 service night.

"We have to limit our errors," Buehler said. "I think if we can play smarter we can start playing better."

W-P, which now stands at 2-6 in league play, has a chance to get back on track tomorrow against WWVA at home.
