On Sunday, the Whitman College Asian Studies Art Gallery will open to the public for its first show, "Autumn Flowers and Grasses."
"This is an opportunity to see some works of art that are part of the Davis Collection of Asian Art," said Akira Takemoto, Whitman professor and curator.
The gallery, in the East Wing of Olin Hall, will be open from 12-4 p.m., and once again on Oct. 31.
