The Walla Walla Symphony's Gourmet Gala fundraising event will be 6:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center, 6 E. Rose St.
The gourmet dinner by Chef Bear Ullman features courses titled "Allegro," "Adagio," "Wisp of a Scherzo" and "Finale." Each course will be paired with a L'Ecole No 41 wine picked by Ullman and accompanied by the Walla Walla Symphony String Quartet.
Hors d'oeuvres and dancing will round out the evening, and live and silent auctions will include items such as a Holland-America cruise with Horizon Air tickets, overnight packages to Seattle, free golf, an Anthony's Restaurant gift certificate, Seattle theatre tickets, a Wildhorse Resort and Casino gift basket, a chance to conduct the Walla Walla Symphony and more.
Dancing follows with the Gary Winston Band. All proceeds benefit the Walla Walla Symphony.
Ticket price for the evening is $80 per person. A table of 10 is $750. Seating is limited to 100 attendees, and reservations are required.
