LETTERS TO THE EDITOR - Voters should reject I-1082

Vote "no" on Initiative 1082 to retain Washington state's workers compensation (L&I), which fairly covers temporary or permanent injuries sustained on the job.

Employers desire private insurance as they work to the benefit of the employer and not the employee. As a physical therapist I have seen the disparity between the fairness of coverage between injured workers covered privately and those by state workers compensation.

Protect your own best interest by voting "no" on Nov. 2 on Initiative 1082.
