WALLA WALLA -- NAMI of Walla Walla will host an open forum with officers from the Walla Walla Police Department at its meeting Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the School District building, 364 S. Park St.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness meeting is open to the public. Those living with mental illness or family members, friends and employers of those with mental illness are especially encouraged to attend.
Topics will include the perspective of law enforcement officials when working with those who suffer mental illness. The presentation segment begins at 7:30 p.m. For more information call 301-2269.
