Hermiston's Jacob Almaguer slammed into Wa-Hi's Moe Handcox before the pass was even close and got flagged for pass interference inside the Bulldog 20 yard line. The first down from the penalty ultimately led to a 1st quarter field goal that temporarily put the Blue Devils ahead 10-6. Wa-Hi eventually went down 32-17 at Hermiston on Friday night.
