5700 block of Mill Creek Road, Monday. About 15 used vehicle batteries with total value of $50 and implement tool worth $200 taken.

57600 Highway 204, Weston, Thursday. Laptop and various items taken from vehicle.


WW Police

Stabbing, alley near Eighth Avenue and W. Poplar Street, Wednesday, 2 a.m. Name of victim not released. Police report victim was in stable condition at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. Arrested on investigation of assault was Jesse Alan Guerra, 27, 50 George St.


WW County Sheriff

Shelton Road and Sturm Avenue, Wednesday 2:17 p.m. Two-vehicle, noninjury, rear-end.

CP Police

1100 block of College Avenue, Wednesday 1 p.m. Three-vehicle, noninjury, multiple rear-end collisions.


WW Police

Jesse Alan Guerra, 27, 50 George St. Charge: investigation of first degree assault.

Gary Lee Bundy, 27, address unknown. Charge: investigation of Umatilla County felony warrant.

Fire, Ambulance Runs

WW Fire Dept.

109 E. Main St., Thursday 8:42 a.m. Floor joist ignited by construction workers using cutting torch. Structural and smoke damage estimated at $20,000, including damage to businesses of Walla Walla Sweets and Lost? Boardroom.

300 block of N. Main Street, Thursday. Graffiti on building.
