  • Kyle L. Zenk, 15, 320 West St., Waitsburg, was sentenced Sept. 10 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 144 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $54.99. On July 30, Zenk pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining or exercising unauthorized control over property of another of a value not exceeding $750 with intent to deprive the owner of the property on Feb. 9.

  • Garrett M. Ruble, 17, 228 S.E. Sixth St., College Place, was sentenced Sept. 10 on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 27, Ruble pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school on June 9.

  • Salvador M. Pantaleon, 16, 1107 W. Chestnut St., was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for eight days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 6 Pantaleon pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 on June 17.

  • Ky Devan Tyme Janson, 14, 1703 Walla Walla Ave., was sentenced Sept. 9 on one count disorderly conduct. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 20 Janson pleaded guilty to use of abusive language to intentionally create a risk of assault on Oct. 28.

  • Lawrence C. Cooper, 16, 211 W. Birch St. was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count contempt truancy. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 20, Cooper pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between May 12-27.

  • Patricia M. Esquivel, 17, 314 Princess St., was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count fourth-degree assault. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for two days served, nine months community supervision, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 20, Esquivel pleaded guilty to assaulting another under circumstances not amounting to first-, second- or third-degree or custodial assault on Jan. 14.

  • Kevin Arroyo, 15, 330 W. Chestnut St., was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for nine days served, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On July 9 Arroyo pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between May 16 and April 15.

  • Sonia Garcia, 16, 916 1/2 W. Poplar St., was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count contempt-truancy. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for five days served, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Aug. 20 Garcia pleaded guilty to disobeying a lawful court order to attend school between Feb. 17 and March 4.

  • Alexandria N. Paul, 17, 904 S.E. Birch Ave., Apt. C, College Place, was sentenced Sept. 3 on one count minor in possession and or consuming alcohol. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, nine months community supervision, 80 hours community service. On Aug. 19 Paul pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 years on June 30.
