‘See You At the Pole 2010 to take place Wednesday
WALLA WALLA - Area churches and students are encouraged to participate in the 20th anniversary of See You At The Pole on Wednesday, in which Christian students will gather to usher in the new school year with prayer.
First Congregational to host alternative spiritual study
WALLA WALLA - A six-week alternative spiritual study group will be 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the First Congregational Church, 73 S. Palouse St.
The study is based on Dr. Michael Beckwith's book "Spiritual Liberation" and will be supplemented by the works of Eckart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, Lousie Hay and other contemporary spiritual teachers.
Racquel Ralph, an ordained minister and licensed Unity teacher will facilitate.
