WWCC women draw with Everett in soccer match

EVERETT - Walla Walla Community College's women outshot Everett

14-2 here Saturday in NWAACC women's soccer action.

But the Warriors couldn't get any of their 14 shots to find the back of the net and had to settled for a 0-0 tie.

Jordan Simkins posted the shutout in goal for the Warriors.

The draw coupled with Friday's 4-1 win over Shoreline drops the Warriors to 2-0-1 in NWAACC play and 6-0-1 overall.

Margo Hickman led the Warriors in Friday's win. Hickman scored twice.

The Warriors host Skagit Valley Friday and Edmonds Saturday at the Tausick Way pitch in a pair of NWAACC counters.
