Kirkman House's annual Sheep to Shawl Fall Festival will be 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday at the museum, 214 N. Colville St.
This free festival tracks the journey of wool from the back of a sheep as it is transformed into a shawl. Local artists and craftsmen will demonstrate various wool-working techniques including sheep shearing, spinning, weaving and felting using wool shorn at the festival.
Local vendors will display handmade wool items for sale. There will be activities for children, and lunch will be available for purchase from Graze Catering.
