  • Carlos A. Aldrete-Luna, 36, 615 Military St., was sentenced Sept. 16 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-delivering of methamphetamine. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $129.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $3,000 meth lab cleanup fine, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 12 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 61 days served, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 2, Aldrete-Luna pleaded guilty to unlawfully delivering methamphetamine on or about Oct. 7.
  • Charles B. Pimpleton, 18, 1821 Plaza Way, No. 51, was sentenced Sept. 20 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession with intent to deliver marijuana. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $48.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, 30 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On Sept. 7 Pimpleton pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana with intent to deliver it on June 26.
