TAX: Review of additional written testimony received in regard to a proposed implementation of a one-tenth of 1 percent sales tax to fund mental health and substance abuse treatment and possible discussion by the board. No additional testimony will be taken. Final decision on matter scheduled for commissioners' April 18 meeting.


Planning: Interview applicants for openings on the county Planning Commission. Commissioners to recess from 8-9 a.m. then resume interviews. Possible executive session to follow.

HOTEL/MOTEL FUNDS: Hear request for hotel/motel funds for All Wheels Weekend.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT: Meet in executive session with Emergency Management Director Bill Peters to discuss personnel.

TOUR: Consider request from Dayton Alumni Association for tours of the Courthouse during Alumni Weekend.

LETTER: Discuss letter from The Times Of Waitsburg requesting opportunity to bid to be the county's newspaper of record.
