BURBANK - Starting Monday, Fifth Street between Grain Terminal Road and Poplar Street will be closed until summer 2012. Drivers will need to follow signs detouring them around the closure. The closure is due to the construction of a new interchange on U.S. Highway 12 at the intersection with State Route 124.
