  • Cassandra Morriera, 19, 1205 Parallel Road, was sentenced April 4 on one count second-degree possession of stolen property. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution of $231.02, $200 in court costs, $25 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 24 months community custody. On March 21 Morreira pleaded guilty to knowingly receiving, possessing, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen access device, a VISA card, knowing the property was stolen and withheld it from the owner on or about June 19.

  • Angela M. Chlipala, 34, Walla Walla County Jail, was sentenced April 4 on one count each violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of methamphetamine, second-degree possession of stolen property, forgery, third-degree theft and second-degree theft. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution of $6,806.87 to be paid jointly and severally with a crime partner, $200 in court costs, $79.70 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fees, 24 months community custody and six months residential chemical dependency treatment. On Dec. 11 Chlipala pleaded guilty to: possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 11; knowingly possessing a stolen bank checking account between Oct. 30 and Dec. 11; submitting a forged bank account check two times on Dec. 11; stealing property of a value exceeding $750 on Dec. 11; and stealing property exceeding a value of $750 between Nov. 30 and Dec. 8.

  • Robyn Stocks, 56, 53752 Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater, was sentenced April 4 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $100 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 biological fee, 10 days in the county jail, 10 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew, 12 months community custody. On March 21 Stocks agreed that the court may review police reports and/or statements of probable cause supplied by the prosecutor to establish a basis for the guilty plea.

  • Brian C. Ingraham, 33, Walla Walla County Jail, was sentenced April 4 on one count violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act-possession of methamphetamine. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $102.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 each crime lab and biological fees, 67 days in the county jail, credit for 67 days served, 12 months community custody. On March 21 Ingraham pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine on Jan. 27.

  • Jody Mitchell Lambert, 47, 1016 Puff Lane, College Place, was sentenced April 4 on one count third-degree assault. The sentence included restitution of $160.63, $200 in court costs, $70.40 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 180 days in the county jail consecutive with another cause, 12 months community custody. On April 4 Lambert pleaded guilty to, with criminal negligence, causing bodily harm to another person by striking him on the left eye and over the head with a hammer on June 21.
