WALLA WALLA - It is hard to lose if the other team does not score.

Wa-Hi's pitching blanked Eisenhower, 9-0 and 9-0, here Friday in the opening of Columbia Basin Big Nine 4A baseball action.

Drew Christina shut out the Cadets on two hits and struck out 16 in the 9-0 opening win.

Matt Watson struck out eight before Jake Campeau came on in the seventh to fan one and complete the six-hit shutout as the Blue Devils completed the nightcap, 9-0.
