DAYTON -- Dayton Days promoters have found an insurance policy within their financial reach, so plans are moving forward, to hold the Memorial Day weekend with rodeo and parade, Columbia County Fair manager Shane Laib said this morning.
Organizers met Thursday night, and decided to move forward with plans to hold a rodeo, parade and queen's luncheon, despite the suspension of pari-mutuel racing due to lack of state support.
