  • Lacey D. Vigil, 38, 243 N.E. Myra Road, College Place, was charged April 11 with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree theft. Vigil is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building on March 8 and in a different building on March 30 with the intent to commit a crime, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property on March 8 and March 30.

  • Albert D. Ellis, 45, 325 First St., Touchet, was charged April 14 with stalking -- domestic violence, violation of protection/no-contact order -- domestic violence, and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Ellis is accused of intentionally and repeatedly harassing a person on April 13; violating a protection, restraining or no-contact order on April 11; and unlawfully owning, possessing or controlling a shotgun on March 22.

  • Angelia Marie Tracy Wright, 30, Kennewick, was charged April 15 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Wright is accused of knowingly or intentionally obtaining or attempting to obtain oxycodone by fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, subterfuge, or by the use of a false name or false address on Jan. 27.
  • Angela Marie Dieringer, 32, 219 Alder Road, Burbank, was sentenced April 18 on one count forgery. The court dismissed three other counts. The sentence included restitution of $3,296.30, $200 in court costs, $165 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 80 days in the county jail, 40 days converted to partial confinement and 40 days converted to Department of Corrections work crew. On April 3 Dieringer pleaded guilty to writing a check to herself on another person's bank account, passing the instrument as true, between Oct. 31 and March 29.
