BURBANK - One person was injured Friday in a two-vehicle collision on the Snake River Bridge.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident occurred at 8:33 p.m. in the eastbound lane of U.S. Highway 12 on the bridge.
Police said a car driven by Stevie V. Sparks, 46, Pasco, was stopped for road construction when it was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by Donald R. Dickey, 51, of Goodman, Mo.
Sparks was taken to Kennewick General Hospital for treatment and was listed in fair condition Saturday. Dickey was not injured.
The accident is under investigation, police said.
