- Michael A. Thornton, 23, 417 N. Palouse St., was charged April 25 with second-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief. Thornton is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over scrap metal, and knowingly and maliciously damaging farm machinery between April 2 and 13.
- Allison L. Bryant, 26, Pasco, was charged April 25 with second-degree taking motor vehicle without permission, driving while under influence of intoxicating liquor, and second-degree driving while license suspended or revoked. Bryant is accused of intentionally taking, driving away or voluntarily riding in a vehicle without permission; driving under the influence; and operating a vehicle while her privilege to drive was suspended or revoked on April 22.
- Adam R. Sellers, 32, 304 Bussell Road, was charged April 25 with four counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, one count of second-degree driving while license suspended or revoked, and one count of obstructing a law enforcement officer. Sellers is accused of unlawfully possessing heroin and using drug paraphernalia on April 13 and 22; and operating a vehicle while his privilege to drive was suspended or revoked; and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer on April 13.
- Phillip Burleson, 43, 115 E. Sumach St., Apt. E, was charged April 25 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Burleson is accused of unlawfully delivering marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on April 6 and 14, and unlawfully possessing oxycodone on April 23.
