- BALLOT: Consider resolution to request putting the Coppei Flood Control project on the November ballot. If the resolution is approved, the city will seek approval for a bond to fund the proposed project.
- FACILITIES PLAN: Consider resolution regarding capital facilities plan update.
- WATER PROJECT: Consider approving ordinance for financing of the West Seventh Street waterline project.
- PARKS REC: Consider terminating agreement with the Waitsburg Park and Recreation District. The District is inactive.
- CODE: Discuss updating procedures for code abatement enforcement.
- SOLID WASTE: Continue discussion and possible approve solid waste collection agreement.
- CLOSED SESSION: Meet in executive session to discuss potential litigation.
