PENDLETON -- A Milton-Freewater man arrested last week for allegedly molesting a 4-year-old girl in the city reportedly has been indicted by a Umatilla County Grand Jury.
William A. Kosten Sr., 70, of 404 N.E. Fifth Ave., No. 15, was indicted Monday on two counts of first-degree sex abuse, two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and one count of first-degree kidnapping.
Kosten was booked into the Umatilla County Jail on Aug. 3 after authorities completed a six-day investigation. Kosten was known to the victim and her family, officials said.
