SPOKANE -- A Touchet man has been sentenced to six months in jail for travel benefit fraud.
Michael E. Harrison, 27, will also be under court supervision for three years after his release and was ordered to pay more than $20,000 in restitution to the Department of Veterans Affairs, according to a news release from the region's U.S. Attorney's Office
Harrison presented 202 false claims for travel benefits to the VA in 2009 and 2010, the release said.
