Two artists will be at work Saturday at Willow art gallery, 2 E. Rose St. Leslie Williams Cain will work on a pastel painting, answer questions and discuss her works from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.

From 2-4:30 p.m. Anne Bullock will work on her next Ititamat Series project and welcomes visitors to join in knotting hemp line, or bringing a special bead, button or small item to add to the line.

The ititamat, or "counting the days" ball, was a spun and woven record made by a woman of the Columbia River tribes, with a knot tied each day and special events marked with a bead, shell or other talisman. For more information, call 509-876-2247.
