Rosemary "Billie" Anderson, 91, died Aug. 19, 2011, at Wheatland Village, where she was a resident.
Rosemary was born April 18, 1920, in Evansville, Wis., to Roy and Rose (Guttenberg) Gavey. She moved to Jefferson, Wis., when she was 5 years old. The family then moved to Seattle, where she graduated from
West Seattle High School in 1938. When she was 19 years old, she moved to Walla Walla.
She and Frank Angotti were married in 1938. He died in May 1975. She had two sons, Jim and Tom Angotti. Jim passed away in 1997.
In December 1981, she and Earl Anderson were married. He died in September 2007. Earl had three children, Gail Walters, Vicki Van Zandt and Mike Anderson; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Rosemary enjoyed gardening, painting and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Cindy Angotti; two granddaughters, Rosemary Angotti and Suzy Stocking; one grandson, Andy Angotti; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces
and nephews. She was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, at Wheatland Village, 1500 Catherine St., Walla Walla. Pastor Mike Hinrichsen will officiate. Inurnment will be private in Mountain View
