WALLA WALLA -- Books and Baubles, a Friends of the Walla Walla Public Library's annual fundraiser, will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the library, 238 E. Alder St.
There will be autographed books, stocking stuffers, special roasted "library blend" coffee, chocolate bars from Bright's Candies, greeting cards and more.
From 5-6:30 p.m. Whitman College's Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority has a craft activity for young people who will create a winter wonderland of snowflakes.
At 5:15 p.m. local dancers performing with the Eugene Ballet Company will give a "sneak peek" performance of the Nutcracker Ballet.
Starting at 6 p.m., Macy's Parade of Lights can be watched from inside the library.
Cider and cookies will be provided by the Friends of the Library. Call 509-527-4550.
