- Danielle L. Roughton, 31, 743 Locher Road, Touchet, was charged Dec. 5 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and second-degree rendering criminal assistance. Roughton is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and rendering criminal assistance to a person on Dec. 2.
- On Nov. 30 the court dismissed a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act charge agains Emil E. Zamora of Walla Walla, as the court may not be able to prove each element beyond a reasonable doubt.
