  • Alonso Castellon Arceo, 16, 1535 E. Alder St. was sentenced Dec. 2 on one count each minor in possession and or consuming liquor and third-degree theft. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $2.39. On Nov. 18 Castellon Arceo pleaded guilty to taking a can of alcoholic beverage from a store with intent to deprive the owner on July 2 and to consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 on July 27.

  • Dennis Sullivan Jr., 17, 1228 Tillamook St. was sentenced Dec. 2 on two counts second-degree theft. The sentence included 52-65 weeks in a Department of Social and Health Services facility, credit for 20 days served, 12 months community supervision, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $2,394.63. On Nov. 18 Sullivan pleaded guilty to taking a VISA card with intent to deprive the owner of it and exerted unauthorized control over electronics valued at more than $750 and less than $5,000 with intent to deprive the owner on Oct. 13.

  • Jesus M. Reyes, 14, 1501 W. Rose St., No. 57, was sentenced Nov. 22 on one count making a false statement to a public servant. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 56 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 4 Reyes pleaded guilty to knowingly making a false or misleading statement to law enforcement officers by providing a false name on Oct. 12.

  • Jose A. Rodriguez, 18, 612 N.E. Fifth Ave., Milton-Freewater, was sentenced Nov. 22 on one count felony riot. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 64 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Nov. 18 Rodriguez pleaded guilty to being armed with a deadly weapon and acting with three or more persons, knowingly and unlawfully used or threatened to use force, or participated in the use of force against another person or against property on July 28.
