WALLA WALLA -- Unity Church of Peace will present its annual candlelight service Friday at 7 p.m.
"Discover the Power Within," a Celtic winter solstice ceremony, will be led by the Rev. Joyce Kachel. There will be singing, stories, a special dance performance, a lighting ceremony, a metaphysical Christmas homily and treats. All are welcome.
On Dec. 21 at 6:30 p.m., Unity Church of Peace will hold a mid-week solstice service at the church presented by Kachel, with a candle lighting ceremony, singing, dancing, stories and snacks. All are welcome.
