Assaults
WW Police
000 block of South Roosevelt Street. Blaine M. McCubbins, 25, allegedly punched his pregnant girlfriend in the stomach. The 24-year-old woman was taken to Walla Walla General Hospital where she was treated. Hospital staff did not comment on the woman's condition, but did say she is no longer checked in as a patient. McCubbins was arrested.
MF Police
Northeast 11th Avenue, Milton-Freewater, Tuesday. Irma Talamantes, 24, was arrested after police received a report that the caller's daughter was "tearing up the house and abusing other kids in the family."

Alder and Roosevelt streets,11:56 p.m. Tuesday. Two vehicles; no injuries reported.
Alder Street and Third Avenue, 1:07 p.m., Monday. Rear-end collision: no injuries reported.
WW County Sheriff
Harvey Shaw Road 1.2 miles north of Paddock Road, 8:28 a.m., Tuesday. One vehicle: possible injury, no medical transport.

Safeway, 215 E. Rose St. A Walla Walla man reported he lost his wallet with three un-activated Sterling Savings Bank debit cards, $700 cash, identification and other papers at the store.
