I don't know Larry Nye, but I certainly agree with his letter on saying Merry Christmas. I grew up saying Merry Christmas, and nothing has changed, as I continue to say Merry Christmas.
I had someone tell me the other day they sat down and counted how times the words "Merry Christmas" appeared in that day's Union-Bulletin, I can't remember the exact number but it was not a high number.
Merry Christmas to you Larry and to everyone else.
