Garfield County Commissioners are Dean Burton, Wynne McCabe and Robert Johnson. With all present Monday commissioners:
- ZUMWALT WATER: Voted to write a letter supporting the Blue Mountain Resource Conservation amp; Development in assisting the Zumwalt Water to seek federal funds. The Association wants to replace aging water lines that serve 12 homes. Unanimous.
- PEOLA ROAD: Passed a resolution authorizing the county engineer to exceed the amount set in the county's settlement policy to pay for some right of way purchases. Unanimous.
- PERSONNEL POLICY: Signed final personnel policy. The policy was last changed in 2003. Commissioners and county employees have been working on the policy for over two years. Unanimous.
- COURTHOUSE: Learned courthouse renovation project is on schedule.
