1300 block North 13th Avenue. 2:03 p.m. Tuesday. Parking lot collision, driver was turning and struck another vehicle.

Southwest Fourth Avenue and Pierce Street. 11:57 Tuesday. Driver failed to yield and collided with another vehicle.

Arrests

Cesar Estevan Ruiz, 25, 614 S.E. Mockingbird Lane, College Place. Tuesday. Charge: investigation of indecent exposure, second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance with no prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fire, Ambulance runs

1308 S. Fourth Ave. 11:43 a.m. Tuesday. Cooking fire, confined to container. There were no injuries.

520 Campus Loop 12:08 p.m. Tuesday. Smoke detector activation, no fire, unintentional.

500 N. Tausick Way. 1:05 p.m. Tuesday. Alarm system sounded due to malfunction.

641 E. Chestnut St. 9:27 p.m. Tuesday. Chimney or flue fire, confined to chimney or flue. There were no injuries.

400 East Washington Avenue, Dayton. Vehicle vandalized.
