Cesar Estevan Ruiz, 25, 614 S.E. Mockingbird Lane, College Place. Tuesday. Charge: investigation of indecent exposure, second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance with no prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia.

520 Campus Loop 12:08 p.m. Tuesday. Smoke detector activation, no fire, unintentional.
500 N. Tausick Way. 1:05 p.m. Tuesday. Alarm system sounded due to malfunction.
641 E. Chestnut St. 9:27 p.m. Tuesday. Chimney or flue fire, confined to chimney or flue. There were no injuries.
