Where: Commissioners Room, Courthouse.
CLOSED SESSIONS: Contract and union negotiations.
BID: Open bids for skid steer loader for transfer station.
RIGHT OF WAY ACCESS: Consider requests for the following right of way access and use permits: Port of Columbia, access permit on Wagon Road; Tom Archer, use permit for water line at 374 Shea Road; Tour of Walla Walla, use permit on various roads for bicycle race; Puget Sound Energy, use permit for improvements to Oliphant Road.
SURPLUS: Consider designating various county property surplus.
PERSONNEL: Consider revision to Operator IV job description and to public works organizational chart.
EXTENSION: Hear report on 4-H coordinator position. Discuss cooperative 2010 and 2011 budgets.
COURTHOUSE: Discuss flag and security lights, concrete walk, re-key and surplus items.
AGREEMENT: Discuss administrative services agreement with Blue Mountain Counseling.
DISPATCH: Discuss holiday pay for dispatch services.
