WALLA WALLA - Lanes are quickly filling for the annual Mother & Son Bowl-A-Rama, put on each year by the city's Department of Parks and Recreation.
On Friday, department staff said nearly half the lanes had been reserved; the event usually sells out each year.
The cost for the Bowl-A-Rama is $25 for a mother and one son, and $12 for each additional child.
The event will take place Feb. 26 at Stardust Lanes, 330 S. Second Ave., 2-4 p.m. Refreshments and music will be provided.
The event is open to any adult women who wish to bring a boy to bowl, including grandmothers, aunts or just friends.
