WW County Sheriff

Wa-Hi, 800 Abbott Road, Wednesday, 10:30-12:20 p.m. DVD player taken from unlocked employee vehicle.

Waterbrook Winery, 10518 W. Highway 12, Saturday 2:08 a.m. Winery entered by Johnathon H. Reyff, 39, Richland. Upon arriving to investigate, deputies found Reyff in main building, holding a half-empty bottle of wine. Reyff's car possibly ran out of gas, and was found 500 yards away. He said he entered the building to keep warm. According to reports, Reyff was intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into Walla Walla County Jail.

WW Police

West Poplar Street near South Seventh Avenue, Wednesday 4:49 p.m. Four-vehicle, noninjury, successive rear-end collisions. First vehicle stopped for pedestrian, then was hit by second vehicle. Third vehicle then hit second vehicle. Fourth vehicle then hit third vehicle.

East Poplar Street and South First Avenue, Wednesday. Two-vehicle, noninjury, side impact at intersection.

West Rose Street at North Ninth Avenue, Tuesday 1:36 p.m. Two-vehicle, noninjury, side swipe while navigating left turn.

Michael Patrick Delmar Neal, 29, 1261/2 W. Rose St. Charge: First degree felony assault.

David Brian Leal, 37, 205 Whitman St. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence.

Johnathon Howard Reyff, 39, Richland. Charge: investigation of theft.
