TOUCHET -- The Gardena Farms Irrigation District board will meet at 4 p.m. Friday in the district office, 5239 White Road, in Touchet.
The meeting will be to consider entering into a water banking agreement with the Walla Walla Watershed Management Partnership, said Stuart Durfee, district manager.
