- RESIGNATION: Accepted resignation from business manager Shanda Zessin effective March 4. Unanimous.
- MINUTES: Amended minutes of Jan. 20 board meeting to reflect Case abstaining from vote to address lighting. Unanimous.
- BILLS: Approved payment of monthly bills from general fund for $98,729.68; ASB for $2,845.92; and payroll for $549,361.27. Unanimous.
- EXECUTIVE: Entered executive session near end of meeting to discuss superintendent's evaluation and interpretation of collective bargaining agreement.
