WALLA WALLA - A pilot project for 12-hour shifts in the Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office will discussed Friday.
County commissioners will meet at 3 p.m. with Sheriff John Turner and representatives of the Commissioned Deputy Sheriffs Association for a presentation on the proposal. The meeting will be in the commissioners' chambers at the county Public Health and Legislative Building, 314 W. Main St.
Action on the proposal may follow discussion of the issue.
