myra road: Authorize cost share participation with city of Walla Walla to hire outside consultant to review work completed to date by city of Walla Walla Engineering Department. Review to determine necessity of proposed improvements to Myra Road between Garrison Village Way and State Route 125. City's share of cost not to exceed $20,000.
