WALLA WALLA - Four area athletes played on the BU18 Celtic Premier soccer team out of the Tri-Cities that advanced to the state finals after defeating Harbor FC B92 Premier, 2-1, last Saturday, to face Seattle United B92 Tango on Sunday.
Celtic won the championship game on Sunday, against Seattle United B92 Tango, 2-1. The victory advances Celtic to the US Youth Soccer regional tournament in Boise in June.
The local players are Oscar Flores of Milton-Freewater, and Andrew Glaeser, Adrian Tello and Sean Williams of Walla Walla.
