Centerline Fitness, 27 W. Poplar St. Tuesday. Business entered through alley door, suspect fled when owner arrived. Nothing taken.
200 block Assumption Drive. License plate taken.
1000 block Alvarado Terrace. Back door kicked in. Residence entered and cash taken.
00 block East Maple Street. Tuesday. Tires stolen.
Columbia County Sheriff
100 block Bruce Street, Waitsburg. Weapon stolen.
Umatilla County Sheriff
Walla Walla River Road, Milton-Freewater. Vehicle broken into, rifle stolen.
Lower Dry Creek Road, Milton-Freewater. Three radiators taken from wind machines, some time in the past two weeks.
Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater. Mail theft.
Assaults
WW Police
Paine Street and North Ninth Avenue. Wednesday. A man reported being assaulted by two unknown men while walking in the alley.
Fires
WW Fire Department
2:36 a.m. today -- Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 77 Wainwright Drive. Broken fire suppression system sprinkler pipe caused water flow in and near building. VA officials this morning identified the building as the library and reported no significant damage.
Arrests
WW County Sheriff
Brandin Karl Rencken, 18, 249 Bush St. Wednesday. Charge: investigation of residential burglary.
Vandalism
WW Police
600 block North Seventh Avenue. Saturday. Car window broken.
Goodwill Industries, 36 S. Spokane St. Truck ignition and column damaged some time between Sunday and Tuesday.
MF Police
800 block Evans Street. Damage done at a rental property.
Collsions
CP Police
Southeast 12th Street, east of South College Avenue. 12:54 p.m. Tuesday. Vehicle leaving parking lot failed to yield right of way to an oncoming vehicle.
WW County Sheriff
300 block Northwest Evans Street. 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Mailbox and garbage can stuck by a van that left the scene.
Umatilla County Sheriff
Appleton and Winesap roads, Milton-Freewater. 3:33 p.m. Wednesday. Two-vehicle collision. One driver was cited for failure to obey a traffic device.
Columbia County Sheriff
200 block South Second Street, Dayton. 4:29 p.m. Wednesday. Vehicle backed into a Fed-Ex truck.
