OLYMPIA -- State Rep. Terry Nealey, R-Dayton, has been chosen to serve on the House Judiciary Committee for the 2011 legislative session.
It will be Nealey's third committee assignment. He will continue serving on the House Education Appropriations and Oversight Committee and the House Technology, Energy and Communications Committee.
Nealey's new assignment was announced in a release from John Sattgast, senior information officer for the Washington House Republicans.
Nealey was elected in December 2009 as the Position 2 representative for the 16th Legislative District, which covers all of Walla Walla and Columbia counties as well as portions of Benton and Franklin counties. He was re-elected in November to a full two-year term.
