WALLA WALLA - Police arrested a man, 18, on charges of sexual assault of two teenage girls, 13 and 14. The attack allegedly took place at "an alcohol-fueled teenage New Year's Eve party."
According to a Walla Walla Police press release, Phillip S. Ingram was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree rape of a child, third-degree child molestation and furnishing liquor to minors.
According to police, a number of teens were at Ingram's apartment during the party when he allegedly had "sexual intercourse with one of the girls and sexual contact with the other while they were partying with other teens."
Police also said they will issue a misdemeanor citation to the 21-year-old who furnished the alcohol.
