BURBANK — The host Coyotes raced to a 25-0 lead after one quarter and coasted to a 66-21 victory over Wahluke in South Central Conference East Division girls basketball action Saturday night.

Burbank is now 4-8 overall and 2-1 in league.

"We got going right away," Burbank coach John Muchlinski said. "We had great energy. We forced a lot of turnovers and that set the tone."

Post Tessa Wilder led Burbank with 19 points.

The Coyotes are at River View Tuesday.
