- James Lozano, 14, 727 Edith St., was sentenced Dec. 30 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community supervision, 25 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 17 Lozano pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under 21 years of age on Oct. 22.
- Kaniel Y. Korotkov, 17, 403 S. Fir St., Kennewick, was sentenced Dec, 39 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included nine months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 21, Korotkov pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under 21 years of age on July 8.
