$n$ Northwest Indian College pulls away from Walla Walla University women

COLLEGE PLACE - Walla Walla University's women's basketball team trailed Northwest Indian College by just one point at halftime, but watched the visitors pull away in the second half to take the 64-55 victory here Sunday.

Carly Joseph scored half of NW Indian's points, putting up 32 on 10-of-19 shooting from the field and 12-of-14 from the free-throw line.

The Wolves' Sierra King scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the game.

NW Indian outboarded WWU, 53-38.

The Wolves next play at Whitman College at 7 p.m. next Monday.
