RICHLAND - Touchet's girls slipped on the road in non-league basketball action Tuesday night.
The Indians lost to Liberty Christian, 62-26. They're 3-10 overall and 2-5 in league play with the loss.
"I didn't have us prepared well enough," said Touchet coach Mike Giusti. "We were very flat and I take accountability for that. I didn't have use mentally prepared to play, and we'll try to rectify that situation."
Emily Huesby led the Indians with nine points on the night.
"We had a pretty inspired performance from her, and put a lot of younger kids in the game who haven't played very much," Giusti said. "They played like they cherished their time on the court and that was nice to see."
The Indians travel to St. John-Endicott Friday and host Colton Saturday.
