  • Cody B. Gore, 17, 310 S. Seventh Ave., was sentenced Jan. 14 on one count obstructing a law enforcement officer. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 10 days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Dec. 30, Gore pleaded guilty to willfully obstructing a law enforcement officer in the discharge of his official duties on Aug. 17.

  • Marcos J. Avelino, 17, 657 N. Baker St., Wenatchee, was sentenced Jan. 14 on one count fourth-degree assault. The sentence included nine days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for nine days served, nine months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Jan. 14 Avelino pleaded guilty to, under circumstances not amounting to first-, second-, or third-degree or custodial assault, did assault a human being on Nov. 10.

  • Lane D. Neal, 17, 713 Sprague Ave. was sentenced Jan. 14 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included 13 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 13 days served, 12 months community supervision, 30 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Jan. 4 Neal pleaded guilty to taking items of value less than $750 from Super 1 Foods, with intent to deprive the owner of the property on Oct. 9.
