ATHENA - A cold second half cost Weston-McEwen a shot at victory as the TigerScot boys fell to Enterprise, 43-38, at home in a Blue Mountain Conference game Friday night.

W-M (13-5 overall, 6-2 in league) could only manage three points in the second frame, digging a hole the team could not get out of.

"We knew that we are a bigger team than them, so we planned to utilize that," said W-M head coach Brian Pickard. "However, two of our posts picked up their third foul in the second quarter, so that totally took us out of our game plan."

Tyler Babb paced the TigerScots with 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Ron Terjeson put up 11 blocks and nine boards.

"Ron has been doing that for us all year," Pickard said. "At least half of his blocks we got control of, so that was big."

W-M was slated to head to Heppner Saturday.
